Online ticket buying advice

Because of the recent spate of ticket scams committed by companies highly ranked on Google and yahoo, we feel it necessary to issue this checklist to see if you are dealing with a bonafide company that will deliver your tickets.

We strongly advise all of our possible future customers to follow them:

Do not buy tickets from a company that does not display a phone number (or hides it in the small print!). Here at alltickets we feel we pass this with flying colours .

Be very wary buying tickets from a company registered overseas. If you live in London and want to go to the O2 Arena or Wembley why buy from a company registered in Hungary, USA or Spain!!

Be careful buying tickets in the front half or front third of the arena. You could end up sitting in the upper tier (nosebleed section!!) or even restricted side view of the stage, but still technically be in the front half or front third of the arena.

Be extra vigilant when buying festival tickets. Unfortunately, as most of you know, festival tickets are always held back by the promoter’s until a few days before the event. This enables the scammers / rogue trader’s to sell tickets for months without people panicking about the delivery of their tickets until the last minute.

Don’t panic buy. Check exactly where you are sitting, try to get block numbers and check the seating plans.
